W-2 Home Loan Program.
W-2 home loan program is a FHA and Conventional program comprised for individuals who earn a salary, hourly (base only) and fixed only income. However, SFR, PUDs, and Condominiums must be agency approved. One of the reasons why these programs are so popular is due to the easy requirements, making economic choices much flexible.
The W-2 Only Program was designed for individuals who earn w-2 pay stubs. In order to qualify, the borrower may not have rental income nor ownership of more than 25% ownership of a business.
