Home Loan without a visa, work permit, or the ITIN program proposes a unique home loan that enables clients within the immigrant population to obtain a mortgage. This program works using an ITIN or Individual Tax Identification Number instead of a Social Security number in order to purchase a home for their families.

To qualify for this program, borrowers will need an U.S Government issued ID, Matricula ID, or Passport from country of Origin, proof of two years or employment within the same line of work. They also need proof on whether they are a salaried or a self-employed worker, and provide copies of tax returns from previous two years using their ITIN number.
